Evernote Account Switcher 2.5

Evernote Account Switcher has it’s fan base. It didn’t take a long time before I received multiple emails explaining that the autologin feature wasn’t working anymore with the Evernote 3.0.6 beta.
I’m not using Evernote Account Switcher myself anymore. I’ve found the sharing feature enough for my needs.
But because of popular request I’ve updated the app to work nicely again with the latest version of Evernote.
I went even further by completely redesigning the autologin process. And I must say I nailed it this time. No longer a copy paste trick but real keychains. You’ll hopefully find it working must faster and stable. And this way you can open Evernote without EAS and it will still autologin! Finally…

I also updated the app to work with the latest version. Over the versions of Evernote the application added a lot of extra folders. I’ve now made sure that every account has it’s own set of folders.

Evernote also added a feature to sync upon quitting. Evernote Account Switcher wasn’t build for this but now is.
It now gently waits until Evernote has quit and than continues.

I hope you like it!

Evernote Account Switcher 2.0.2

eas
Today a minor update for Evernote Account Switcher.

It solves a bug to make sure Evernote quits before adding your first account. And nice little feature especially handy for the people with a premium and a free account.

You’ve probably disabled promotions in your premium account but then when you switch back again to your free account they pop up again. And when you switch back again to your premium account you have to disable it again. Now it will disable promotions by default. Making sure your promotions will be hidden. But off course with your free account they are likely to pop up again after a while!
If you don’t want to see promotions at all just make sure all your accounts are premium!

One day, two releases

Today the release of a complete new application called Things Folders.
This is again an application that I build for myself and perhaps you like it as well.
When you work with Things as your to do manager I found that everything is organised (your email and todo’s) except your documents. Now I want documents on my computer to be in a simple but good structure that I’m familiar with.
But then I thought I all ready have a structure in my email and todo’s and most of the documents I make or receive could fit in one of my projects or areas. An idea was born and some time later Things Folders was born.
I hope you like it.

Also today the release of Evernote Account Switcher 2.0.
Besides many bug fixes also a couple of new features like naming and auto login. Also the code has been drastically improved. Many thanks to Peter for helping me bug fix this application.
And again I hope you like it!

And for those people waiting for an update on Push. I have been working on it again but can’t say when there will be an update. I’m doing a complete rewrite so it might take a while. The good news is that I’m trying to add many new features! It will be nice.

Cheers!

Evernote Account Switcher

Today the launch of a small application that I developed mainly for myself: the Evernote Account Switcher.
I use Evernote on a daily basis for my personal account. But at work they might use Evernote as well and then you have a problem with the regular Evernote client. Perhaps you have the same problem as well. So until Evernote adds this feature in the Evernote client feel free to use this.

Cheers!
